NYPD Det. Whips Out Gun During Brooklyn Steakhouse Fight: Police
Detective Joel Crooms was arrested for pulling out a gun in an Outback Steakhouse in East New York late Sunday night, said police.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — An NYPD detective who pulled out his gun during a brawl at an Outback Steakhouse has been arrested, according to police.
Detective Joel Crooms, 31, got into a violent fight with another man at the Outback Steakhouse at 501 Gateway Drive around 11:30 p.m., said police.
Crooms was arrested and charged with menacing and disorderly conduct, said police.
