• Versatility Matters: UB's Zodiaque Dance Company Opens Season 52 This October (buffalorising.com) — Dance fans in Buffalo can catch the University at Buffalo's Zodiaque Dance Company opening its 52nd season with performances October 22–25 at the Center for the Arts. The fall concert features new works by UB faculty, alumni, and guest artists, plus special Studio Night Out and UB Dance Day events aimed at local studios and prospective students.
   

• New Directions Youth and Family Services, Erie County DOH team up for resource event (wivb.com) — Families in Buffalo got a chance to connect with a wide range of local support services during a resource event at Daemen University, organized by New Directions Youth and Family Services and the Erie County Health Department. Booths from utilities, food assistance programs, foster care, and mental health providers highlighted how parents can access help and reduce the isolation of raising children.
