Dead Man Found In Mercedes Benz Near Brooklyn Graveyard, Cops Say

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN --A dead man was found inside a Mercedes Benz parked by a Bushwick house of worship near Evergreen Cemetery Sunday morning, police said.

The 2016 Benz was parked outside the New Covenant Church of Christ on Bushwick Avenue and Fanchon Place when police found the 40-year-old man at about 5:10 a.m., police said.

Emergency responders rushed to the scene where the man, who showed no obvious signs of trauma, was pronounced dead, according to officials.

The Medical Examiner's office will determine the cause of death and the investigation remains ongoing.
