Man Tells Cops He Dismembered Woman Above Bushwick Indian Eatery

Ricky Gonzlez confessed murdering Maria Quinones in her Bushwick home four years after he stabbed her and hid her body, police said.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN -- An upstate New York man confessed to killing and chopping up a woman above an Bushwick Indian restaurant four years ago, police said.

Ricky Gonzlez, 34, walked into the First Precinct Tuesday night and told officers that he had stabbed and dismembered Maria Quinones inside her home at 226 Wilson Ave. in 2014, police said.

Quinones, a 58-year-old woman who lived above the restaurant Agra Heights, has yet to be found and the investigation remains ongoing, said police.

Gonzalez, of Beacon, was charged with murder and concealment of a human corpse Wednesday night, according to police.
