• Brunch returns to Carthage VFW after summer renovations (wwnytv.com) — Brunch is back every Wednesday morning at the Carthage VFW, following summer renovations funded by community donations to keep the building solid for decades. Veterans and neighbors are gathering from 8 a.m. to noon for an open-to-all meal, swapping stories over eggs, pancakes, and sausage while strengthening community connections right in Carthage.
