Affordable Housing Goes Green on St. Paddy's Day
Chappaqua Real Estate Brokerage volunteers at Habitat for Humanity

The Chappaqua Office of Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate is pleased to announce their support for Habitat for Humanity’s local project.
On March 17 the local real estate brokerage rolled up their sleeves to assist in the construction of affordable housing in the Town of New Castle. Habitat of Westchester is taking a century-old house of worship and transforming it into two energy efficient homes.
This cause is important to the Houlihan Lawrence family. It all stems from two of our core values: community and passion. We want to help the communities in which we live and work. And we do it because we’re passionate about it.

“This project has special meaning for my family, the build is at my children’s first pre-school," commented Mary Ann Bayer, licensed agent and co-coordinator of the Houlihan efforts.
The location is prime real estate on a main street in Chappaqua, “each day I drive by and am impressed how many groups contribute to project,” said Deena Bouchier, licensed agent and co-coordinator of the Houlihan efforts.

Habitat for Humanity of Westchester is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. It is an organization of thousands of volunteers who seek to eliminate poverty and homelessness throughout Westchester County, and to make decent, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and public action.
Houlihan Lawrence once again demonstrates how important it is for the #1 real estate company in Chappaqua to give back to the community. The agents have raised funds which will be submitted along with donations from Houlihan Lawrence and it's affiliate, Thoroughbred Mortgage.
