drop off for ages 7-123 wk seriesMondays, Sept 15, 22, 29 @ 4pm
With this age group we move into more challenging poses working more on holding, balancing and coordination. Kids begin to learn benefits of certain yoga postures and the effects on their bodies. Breathing for self control and relaxation is incorporated and yoga games are included as a great way to challenge the kids with lighthearted fun while helping them learn about their intuition, focus, and their unique individual strengths.
