Bad Driving, Marijuana Just the Start For Trio In Mount Kisco
All arrested, one released
A driver without a license and with marijuana in his system was arrested, along with two passengers, when Westchester County Police made a traffic stop on Kisco Avenue at 9:26 p.m. Wednesday.
Officers initially observed a vehicle operating unsafely on Maple Avenue and followed it into a parking lot on Kisco Avenue. The officers could smell marijuana from inside the car and the occupants were detained, police alleged.
The driver, Moshin Patel, 22, of the Bronx was subsequently charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, misdemeanors, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation.

He was booked at the Green Street precinct and released. He is due in Mount Kisco Justice Court on July 11.
Two passengers were found to have outstanding warrants.

Andrew Parker, 23, of Yonkers, was taken into custody on an NYPD warrant accusing him of failing to answer a summons in the Bronx. Issac Kusi, 23, of the Bronx was taken into custody on a warrant issued by Westchester County Court in connection with a domestic violence case.
