Here are some of the incidents handled by Westchester County Police between June 22 and June 29.

Monday, June 22 – 12:53 a.m. – A man called Westchester County Police to report that he had paid for a beer at a restaurant on South Moger Avenue but was removed from the premises by security before he could consume it. Restaurant staff said the man was asked to leave because he had run up a $40 tab and would not pay it.
10 a.m. – Westchester County Police conducted an inspection of property on Dakin Avenue that has been the subject of trespassing complaints. No violations or unauthorized persons were observed.

Tuesday, June 23 --- 9:01 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a residence on Carpenter Avenue on a report of a family dispute. Officers determined that a 15-year-old boy and his 19-year-old sister had a verbal and physical altercation over ice cream. The sister was gone upon officers’ arrival and the youths’ mother said the situation was under control.
1:02 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a residence on Lexington Avenue on a complaint about loud music. The resident agreed to turn off the music for the night.

Wednesday, June 24 – 3:13 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Maple Avenue on a report that some wires had come down across a car. The cable television wires were removed and the cable company was notified.
12:49 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to the Boys and Girls Club on Main Street after someone dialed 911 and hung up the phone. A staff member reported that 911 was dialed in error. The public is reminded to stay on the line with a dispatcher if 911 is called accidentally.
11:20 a.m. – Westchester County Police went to a residence on Amuso Drive after a 52-year-old man called from overseas to say he had been unable to reach his mother on the phone for several days. Officers located the woman and asked her to contact her son to let him know she was okay.
7:19 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to People’s United Bank on South Moger Avenue on an activated alarm. Officers determined an employee reporting to work accidentally trigged the system upon entering the bank.
1:41 a.m. – Westchester County Police found an intoxicated man lying in the street at Lexington and Moore avenues. The man was not injured and did not require medical attention. He was driven to his residence on Maplewood Drive for his safety.
Sunday, June 28 – 4:32 p.m. – Westchester County Police and the Mount Kisco Fire Department responded to an activated fire alarm at a residence on New Castle Drive. A smoke condition caused by a motorcycle being started in the garage may have activated the alarm system. Firefighters vented fumes from the residence to correct the condition.
Monday, June 29 – 12:32 p.m. -- A Mout Kisco resident reported to Westchester County Police that fraudulent checks totaling $17,500 had been written against her checking account. The victim reported the fraud to her bank, which then directed her to also file a report with police. The matter was turned over to detectives for additional investigation.
