Barking Dog, Garden Sleeper, Waiting for Ice Cream: Police Blotter
Here are some of the incidents in Mount Kisco handled by the Westchester County Police.

Thursday, July 30 -- 11:14 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to the United Methodist Church on a report that a man was having a seizure. The Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps also responded and transported the man to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
9:51 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a residence on Amuso Driver on a report of a domestic dispute. Officers spoke with a woman who said her teen-aged daughter had stormed out of the house during an argument and she was concerned about the girl’s emotional state. Officers located the girl nearby and she agreed to return home with them.
Wednesday, July 29 – 8:23 p.m. – A resident called Westchester County Police to report that he was concerned for the welfare of an elderly man who was standing for some time in the same location on Main Street. An officer located the man, who said he wanted ice cream and was simply waiting for an ice cream truck to come by.

10:54 a.m. – A resident of Spencer Avenue reported that someone entered his unlocked car sometime overnight while it was parked in front of his house and stole his wallet.
Tuesday, July 28 – 6:22 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a residence on Locust Street after a woman reported that a man was asleep in her flower garden. The man told an officer that he had been drinking the night before and had stopped there to rest on his way home. He left the property without incident.

9:46 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Target on North Bedford Road after receiving a 911 hang-up call. It was determined that an employee dialed the number in error while attempting to get an outside line.
Monday, July 27 –4:54 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a residence at St. Mark’s Place and Boltis Street after receiving a complaint that a dog was barking in the yard of a home for the past two hours. Officers were unable to get anyone to answer the door at the home and removed the dog from the property. The owner subsequently contacted police and came to retrieve the dog. The owner said her family had worked long hours the previous day, was very tired and did not hear the dog barking.
12:43 a.m. – A 44-year-old man came to the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street because he was suffering from severe abdominal pain. He was transported by the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
