The League of Women Voters of New Castle invites the community to join in a conversation with Town Supervisor Susan Carpenter on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the Chappaqua Library Theater from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Ms. Carpenter is the Supervisor and chief fiscal officer of the Town of New Castle. She establishes agendas, presides over Town Board meetings, signs all agreements and contracts on behalf of the Town and is responsible for maintaining financial stability of the Town of New Castle.
