On Senior night, Greeley overcame a 21-3 second half run by Briarcliff and erased a 7-point deficit with 4 minutes left in the game to close out the regular season with a victory which improved its record to 12 and 6.
Sarah Nadler, who saw meaningful playing time for the first time this season, and Sam Srinibasan hit key three pointers to fuel the Quakers crucial run to end the Feb. 10 game.
Jackie Brett led Greeley with 23 points, including 10 free throws, and Lindsey Hill added 18 points while displaying a deft shooting touch on mid-range jumpers.

GREELEY 35, PORT CHESTER 18
Greeley held Port Chester to 4 first half points and coasted to an easy victory. All 13 players saw action in the second half of the Feb. 9 contest. Jackie Brett led Greeley with 8 points and Torrie Ganzi added 7.

Horace Greeley's boys freshmen basketball squad came away with a 58-43 triumph at Harrison Feb. 13.
