Walk the labyrinth as a moving meditation, returning to your center with each step. Then soften into gentle yoga to release tension, open the breath, and prepare your whole being to rest into the soothing embrace of sound healing. Together, these practices invite grounding, presence, and deep restoration for body, mind, and spirit.

Walking meditation in a labyrinth helps quiet the mind, ground the body, and invite a deeper sense of presence and reflection with each step. Gentle yoga releases tension, opens the breath, and softens the body, helping you feel calm, centered, and more receptive to rest and healing. Quartz Crystal Sound Healing led by Meg Pressman
Eight Quartz Crystal Bowls, tuned to the key of C, and the frequency of 432hz, creates sound waves that produce deep calm and comforting effects that synchronize our cellular structure. These sound waves travel through structures, and space, including our bodies, bones and muscles, and continue on throughout the entire universe restoring peace and balance within.

Students will log in to our digital testing portal for this test. The test is computer adaptive which means that each student will receive a unique test and that the difficulty level of the questions will vary between test sections.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Here is how it works:
<ul><li>Testing instructions within 48 hours of test time and again immediately before test time</li><li>Students using "Standard Timing"&nbsp;should plan for about 2.75 hours of testing time</li><li>Students with an "Extended Time Accommodation" can select their timing after clicking "start."&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>A calculator is allowed but the DESMOS calculator is also integrated into the testing site. </li><li>Scratch paper is allowed</li><li>Detailed scoring and gap-analysis reporting will be available in real time</li></ul>
