If you're a high school team that has made it to November, you're definitely doing something right. Because the start of the new months means you're still going strong in the Section 1 playoffs. 

And both Fox Lane and Horace Greeley have a good showing: Fox Lane's field hockey, girls soccer and volleyball teams and Horace Greeley's boys soccer and volleyball squads are still alive in sectional action. They are scheduled to play away games today today, pending the effects of the weather over the weekend.
