Winter teams get started this week
If you are wondering why there has been a buzz in the air this week, it's because the Fox Lane and Horace Greeley varsity and JV winter teams all began practice on Nov. 14 (except for ice hockey, which began Nov. 7) for their upcoming winter seasons.
Local youngsters to hoop it up in Brewster
The Chappaqua Wildcats will play the Lewisboro Dragons at 9:10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 20 in the Super Boys Basketball Third Grade League at the Brewster Sports Center.
