Horace Greeley won at Spring Valley 7-0 and Fox Lane defeated visiting Lincoln 42-0 in non-playoff games on Oct. 29 and Oct. 28, respectively.
Field hockey
Fox Lane won at Yorktown in penalty strokes in a Class A opening-round playoff contest on Oct. 28. The game was scoreless through overtime.
