Chappaqua Native Joins 'Real Housewives' Cast
Heather Dubrow is the newest addition to The Real Housewives of Orange County, which has its season premiere tonight.

While Real Housewives has yet to release , the area will have representation from a Chappaqua native in the upcoming Orange County season.
Heather Dubrow, who now lives in Newport Beach, CA with her husband, Terry Dubrow, and four children, will make her debut tonight.
Dubrow said that she wasn't initially interested in doing the show but that it was her husband who convinced her. She is being billed as a brunette addition to a cast dominated by blondes.

A 1986 Horace Greeley graduate - her maiden name is Heather Paige Kent for those who may have known her locally - she has lived on the west coast since her 1990 graduation from Syracuse University.
Acting on TV is nothing new for Dubrow, who did it earlier in her life. What's changed, however, is the rise of social networking in the context of following shows.

"I have no idea what to expect," she said, when asked about any anticipation of future media attention from the show.
When asked if there was anything she didn't expect during the filming - it was shot over three and a half months - Dubrow talked about the arguments that would take place among fellow cast members.
"I found it, very, very odd," she said. Dubrow also thought that the nature of the show's format can exacerbate.
When asked if she expects her life to change from the show, she said that she doesn't expect it.
The Real Housewives of Orange County kicks off its seventh season tonight at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
