Chappaqua Schools Announce Friday Early Dismissals Ahead Of Storm

An early winter storm already causing havoc across the country is expected to bring heavy rain, damaging winds and flooding to the area.

CHAPPAQUA, NY — Chappaqua public school students will be getting an early start to their winter break, thanks to a winter storm headed this direction.

Due to anticipated weather conditions, the Chappaqua Central School District will have an early dismissal on Friday:

  • Robert E. Bell Middle School and Seven Bridges Middle School will release students at 10 a.m.
  • Horace Greeley High School will dismiss at 10:10 a.m.
  • Douglass Grafflin Elementary, Roaring Brook Elementary and Westorchard Elementary will have an 11 a.m. dismissal time.
