Childbirth Education Classes

The Childbirth Education series at Quest Yoga Arts offers an opportunity to learn about the signs and stages of labor in a safe, nurturing and empowering environment. Concerns about pregnancy and the labor process can be scary and overwhelming. We will offer tools for you and your partner to prepare and cope with the challenges of labor. You will learn easy mind-body and hands-on techniques to facilitate relaxation...the key to moving through labor successfully. Learning intricacies of the labor process will open a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional and psychological factors and allow for more informed decisions while working with your health care team. Our aim is to prepare women for a confident and empowered birth experience whether you are planning to deliver at home, birthing center or hospital.
