CNBC Show to Cover Perez-Olivo Death

Former Chappaqua attorney Carlos Perez-Olivo, convicted of murdering his wife, will be profiled in "American Greed" series.

CNBC will air a program tonight that covers the 2006 death of Chappaqua's Peggy Perez-Olivo and the connected murder conviction of her husband, former attorney Carlos Perez-Olivo.

The show portrays Carlos Perez-Olivo as a formerly successful lawyer plagued by professional troubles, culminating in his disbarrment in New York State, with his wife's death following.

The saga that unfolded from the death is part of an episode for the cable TV channel's "American Greed" series. The episode is titled Case File: Master of Deadly Deceit. It airs at 9 p.m.
