The Town of New Castle and Kiwi Country Day Camp are proud to present “Downtown Chappaqua Halloween” on Friday, October 31st.

Residents are invited to trick-or-treat at your favorite local BOO-tiques. This fun family event will feature lots of candy, a photo booth, fun characters & giveaways.
Streets will be open to traffic, so children must be accompanied by adults.
