EmbodyLoveYoga for Girls at Quest Yoga Arts!

Imagine a world of girls and women who:

- value who they are internally over their external appearance,
- are empowered to change the conversation from criticism to kindness,
- become media literate and stop comparing themselves to false ideals of beauty,
- embrace their purpose in the world,
- and are accepting of themselves and one another without limits or conditions.

This is a world of girls and women who are courageous enough to embody LOVE.

Ages 14-17 12pm - 3pm

Join us for this interactive “Inner Beauty Shop” where girls will have an opportunity to find the beauty within themselves and those around them. Each beauty shop is a transformative experience that includes several interactive and embodied activities, including optional yoga. Participants will leave knowing that who they are is what matters and that their external appearance is not what makes them worthy of love.
