Football: Harrison Beats Greeley, 42-7, at its Homecoming
The season for the Quakers is just about done, while the Huskies are in the playoffs.
It was a disappointing end Saturday for a Greeley football team's regular season, as the Quakers lost 42-7 to the visting Harrison Huskies at their homecoming.
This season, the Quakers (3-4), were be beset by injuries to several linemen, as well as quarterback Justin Ciero - he was injured earlier this season and then returned - who Coach Bill Tribou described as about 80 percent in terms of what he could do.
“I think there were a lot of perfect storms," Tribou said.

The Huskies displayed lopsided momentum throught much of the game. Leading the team was William Hilliard with three touchdowns (scored with an 18-yard run in the first quarter, a run in the last second-quarter play and a 60-yard run in the third quarter). Also notable were touchdowns scored by Robert Waldman in the first and second halves.
The Quakers' only touchdown came from a 63-yard run by Alex Scott late in the first half. Scott received several shorter passes from Ciero throughout the game.

Hilliard attributed his touchdowns to support from his line, which made opening holes and blocks.
"We played a great game," said Huskies Coach Art Troilo. Anxious about making the playoffs when the game ended - the Huskies, 4-3 were on a bubble - Troilo's team got entry because of its win at Greeley, coupled with Byram Hills beating Beacon, according to MSG Varsity.
The Quakers will play one last game this season, which is effectively a consolation match, either next Friday or Saturday.
