, NY — The storm swinging into the Hudson Valley is what Bill Potter at Hudson Valley Weather called a "potpourri" of rain and snow.
"There are a lot of little nuances to this system," Potter said. But while Putnam County is under a Winter Storm Advisory till 1 p.m. expecting wet snow followed by rain, northern Westchester County could get a coating of snow but is mostly going to get rain, according to the latest forecasts.
