Irene: Mount Kisco Businesses Bounce Back
Chico's reopened Thursday, the latest to do so.
Commercial activity along the South Moger Avenue corridor is continuing to rebound from business closures caused by damage from Tropical Storm Irene.
On Thursday, Chico's was the latest to reopen, after having shut down for a wooden floor replacement needed to recover from flood damage. Balloons were placed at its main entrance.
Churchill's, which reopened on Sept. 9, has a completely new floor, which has a stained concrete finish to replace the wooden floor lost to flooding.

Some businesses remain closed, however, including Charles Schwab (a notice at the entrance gives several weeks before reopening) and Victoria's Secret (there is no word on a reopening date).
