JourneyDance into the New Year at Quest Yoga Arts!

Come and dance your intentions for the New Year by awakening your senses and shaking off what you no longer need! Create a new story for yourself while sending renewed energy out into the world for peace and healing. Through guided imagery, you will ignite your individual dance and explore your capacity for creativity, passion, love and joy. With the sound of powerful and fun music as your partner, let dance will become your medicine and bring you home to your body and heart.

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, loose clothing. While we traditionally dance barefoot, please feel free to wear clean, non-street shoes if you need additional support for dancing.

Leave any judgments about whether or not you can dance outside the door. We are coming together to support each other’s safe exploration of movement.

$35 for a 90 minute class.
