Using small balls and soft foam rollers, this innovative new technique “rehydrates” the connective tissue, which surrounds every muscle, bone, joint, and organ. Joy Jacobson has been involved in the fitness field for over 25 years, both as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She now specializes in older adult fitness. Joy is also a dancer, teaches tai chi, and for 22 years has been a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique. In 2012 she began her training as a MELT instructor and has gone on to the advanced training as a MELT Strength instructor. She teaches classes throughout Westchester and private sessions in her home/studio in Mamaroneck. Her passion is to help people improve their posture and balance and to live a healthy, pain-free life.
