Mom & Me Yoga at Quest Yoga Arts

In celebration of Mother’s Day—come in pairs (or more) to enjoy movement, celebration, stress-relief, friends, loved ones and each other. The perfect gift to share with your Mom, Daughter, Sister or Friend. Open to all Moms and their children of all skill levels. During this class, you’ll have time time to relax together, meditate, stretch, breathe, move, and make new connections and discoveries. We’ll end with a very special relaxation practice and savasana.
