The Mount Kisco Board of Trustees meets at 3 p.m. Aug. 14 with a short agenda:

1) Communications:

a. Letter from Bet Torah re: use of Village Property for religious ceremony.
b. Letter from Mount Kisco Hebrew Congregation re: parking for Jewish Holidays.
c. Letter from Fox Lane Varsity Swim & Dive Team re: Fund raising car wash event.
d. Letter from Art Nelson re: High Street Block Party request.

a. Schedule a Public Hearing re: Community Choice Arrogation 9/8/15.
b. Schedule a Public Hearing re: Section 8 Annual Plan 10/5/15.
c. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to sign the consulting agreement with CPI –HR re: ACA Reporting.
d. Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to act on the Village Board’s behalf in coordinating the necessary access to the Hearth Site to complete the work and the remediation.
