Mount Kisco Man Charged with DWI in Cortlandt
State police stopped him for driving with a suspended registration...

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested John M. Irvine for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, on Aug. 15.
The Mount Kisco resident was stopped by police in the area of Oregon Road and Aberdeen Road for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Police said they found Irvine, 33, to be intoxicated.
Irvine supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .18 percent and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Cortlandt Court on Sept. 4.
