Neighbor dispute, found wallet and more.

Friday, July 17 – 1:16 p.m. – A resident who found a wallet while walking on Pines Bridge Road turned it over to officers at the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street. Officers are attempting to locate the owner to return it.

11:46 a.m. – A 22-year-old Mount Kisco woman reported to Westchester County Police that she believes an unidentified man may be stalking her. She said that the man appeared to be following her earlier in the day around the A&P supermarket and that she also has seen him near her residence. She provided a physical description but does not know who he is.

Thursday, July 16 – 1:16 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to an office on North Bedford Road on a report that a 26-year-old woman was having difficulty breathing. The Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps also responded and transported the woman to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

Wednesday, July 15 – 7:12 p.m. – A Bedford Hills resident came to the Westchester County Police precinct to report that he had been involved in a road rage incident on Route 133. The motorist reported that an SUV driver cut him off and attempted to force him to a stop. The complaint reported that when he would not come to a stop, the other driver took a picture of his license plate with a cell phone.

9:05 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to the Marsh Sanctuary on a complaint that a car was parked in the driveway after closing. An officer located a Chappaqua resident who said he had been walking in the woods. The man was advised that visitors are not permitted after dusk.

10:09 p.m. – A resident of Highland Avenue reported that one of her neighbors drove at a high rate of speed on the street. The driver denied driving too fast and said she and the complainant have had an ongoing dispute. Both women were advised to try to avoid contact with each other.

Monday, July 13 – 12:10 a.m. – Erik Landaverry-Lemus, 28, of Dekalb Avenue, White Plains, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a misdemeanor, after he was found in possession of a small amount of cocaine outside 15 Main Street. Westchester County Police officers had responded to the area on a report of an altercation between two restaurant patrons. Landaverry-Lemus was released pending a July 23 appearance in Mount Kisco Justice Court.

Sunday, July 12 – 12:10 a.m. – Juan Garcia, 28, of Buxton Road, Bedford Hills, was charged with Assault 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, misdemeanors, at Mundo Latino restaurant, 15 Main Street. Officer Edwin Ramirez was on patrol when he observed Garcia fighting with security staff and subsequently found him in possession of a small amount of cocaine. Garcia was released pending a July 23 appearance in Mount Kisco Justice Court.

3:33 a.m. – Maxwell Trudeau, 19, of Old Greenwich, Conn., was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Parkview Place at Drake Avenue. Officer Brian Tierney stopped Trudeau’s vehicle after observing it pass through a stop sign without stopping as it exited the Saw Mill River Parkway. He is due in Mount Kisco Justice Court on July 23.
