Mount Kisco's local Holiday Inn has been sold for $8.5 million, according to HK Group, which served as broker for the deal.
The site, at 1 Holiday Inn Drive, was sold to an unnamed New Hampshire limited liability company, HK Group announced, while Florida-based Kisco Motel Associates sold the property.
The property includes a 2-story hotel building of 65,000 square feet with 122 rooms, HK Group notes.
"The sale represents increasing interest and improvements in the hospitality market. The hospitality market has come a long way back from its low point of 2008 – 2009"
