New Castle Declares Snow Emergency
The winter storm is expected to affect the region until early Friday.

CHAPPAQUA, NY — New Castle police report a Snow Emergency has been declared for the town of New Castle. It will last until 7 a.m. Friday.
During a Snow Emergency, it is unlawful to park on any street or highway in town. Any vehicle left unattended is subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
