Overnight Lane Closures on I-684 May 10-14

Lane closures are expected to occur on Interstate 684 between Exit 3 (Route 22) and Exit 4 (Route 172) in North Castle May 10-14, while crews perform utility work, weather permitting.

Northbound closures are expected beginning at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10 to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, and at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11 to 5 a.m. onThursday, May 12.

Southbound closures are expected beginning at 9 p.m. on Thursday, May 12 to 5 a.m. on Friday, May 13, and at 9 p.m. on Friday, May 13 to 5 a.m. on Saturday, May 14.

Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to flaggers and all traffic control devices, including signs.

Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
