While Skinny Buddha , Saturday marked its debut with a grand opening party.

The Mount Kisco boutique gym, whose owners are organic cook Elyce Jacobson and personal trainer/golden glove boxer Shaka Davidson, had a DJ, a contemporary violinist and "mocktail" drinks with their recipes.
