Communities battle a rare October snowstorm.
The rare and brutal late-October snowstorm, known commonly now as "Snowtober," has left downed trees and fallen wires in many parts of Mount Kisco and New Castle.
The result has been disrupted roads, abandoned cars and closed schools.
