Harness your child’s natural energy in this inspiring class that engages children through movement exploration, music, story telling, dance, theme-related games and inspired Yoga-play. Classes help to capture your little one’s attention and their imaginations as they refine their motor skills and sensory awareness. Classes end with visual imagery and relaxation exercises, teaching children to quiet both mind and body. Come deepen the bond created at birth between you and your little one!
