Rare Coins Store Opens

Mount Kisco has a new shop for rare coins on East Main Street. The store, named after owner Neil S. Berman, features coins, diamonds, jewelry and currency. The store offers to buy anything that is gold or silver.

"I'm thrilled to be in Mount Kisco," said Berman, who has more than four decades of experience in his profession.

The new shop is located in a storefront that is next door to Tiger Lily.

"He's a very nice guy. We're glad to have him in town," Tiger Lily owner Cathy Deutsch said about Berman.

Tax Prep Business Opens

Further up the street from Berman's new store is another new establishment.

Liberty Tax Service has opened at 115 E. Main Street, the former site of KA Computer Technology. The company, on its website, states that it has more than 200 offices across New York State.

Doc's Nutrition Depot Closes

Doc's Nutrition Depot, which opened last March to fanfare at 15 Armonk Road, has closed its storefront. The space now displays a vacancy sign, while the store's website, docskisco.com, is no longer active. Its Twitter and Facebook pages have not been updated for months.
