While no home sold last week in either Mount Kisco or Chappaqua, there were some good sales in the environs.

And, what could be more fun than to know which of our neighbors' homes sold and at what price, and how those numbers compare with the original list prices?

Even if we have no plans to buy or sell a home in the near future, we can have some idea of the value of our own homes by checking the list and sales prices of those that made it to closing in the past week.
