MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the calls to which Westchester County police responded in Mount Kisco recently.
Friday, August 3 -- 11:42 a.m. – A van was damaged in front of 288 East Main Street when a silver Jeep slammed into it and then fled the scene. The Jeep was described as a Liberty or Wrangler model that suffered significant front-end damage. Westchester County Police canvassed the area but were unable to locate the Jeep.
9:30 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to the municipal building on Main Street to take a report about some illegal signage that has appeared at several locations around the village. The Building Department requested a report be prepared to document the matter.

1:50 a.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Northern Westchester Hospital Center to assist staff with calming an emotionally disturbed person who was interfering with medical treatment.
Thursday, Aug. 2 – 11:32 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to West Street on a report of a fight in progress. Officers determined that two women were engaged in an argument but the incident had not turned physical.

Wednesday, Aug. 1 – 11:20 p.m. – William Villeda, 23, of West Main Street was arrested at his home
after county police responded to a domestic dispute there. A relative reported that Villeda took a picture off the wall during an argument and threw it at her, injuring her hand. Villeda was charged with Menacing 3 rd Degree, a misdemeanor.
10:04 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to a parking lot in the 300 block on North Bedford Road on a report of a BMW being driven at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was located while parked and the owner was given a warning to operate safely on the property.
Tuesday, July 31 – 4:12 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to West Street on a report that a man was suffering severe back pain and needed assistance. The Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps also responded and took the man to the hospital.
1:22 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to a restaurant on East Main Street on a report from a worker that another employee had threatened to harm him with a spatula. Both employees acknowledged that they had made a variety of remarks during an argument and agreed to let management, not police, resolve the situation.
12:56 p.m. – A village resident reported to county police that he is being harassed by an ex-girlfriend with unwanted text messages. He also said she has refused to return a set of car keys. Officers spoke with the woman who agreed to return the keys and cease texting the man.
