Stuart Berg of Chappaqua Is Named a New York Metro Super Lawyer
Berg is one of four partners to be so honored at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP, of White Plains

Stuart Berg, a partner in the real estate department of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP, and a resident of Chappaqua, New York, has been named to the 2015 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers, a listing of the region’s outstanding attorneys who are recognized for professional achievement. This is the second year that Berg has been selected for the prestigious Super Lawyer list, which is limited to no more than 5% of New York State attorneys.
In the New York metropolitan area, Berg is considered to be one of the most effective “dirt lawyers,” a phrase used to describe legal experts who can work out problematic transactions so that undeveloped or underdeveloped properties can be turned into lucrative assets. Berg is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented parties in complex commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial mortgage foreclosure actions, land valuations, mechanic lien litigation, and construction-related disputes. Berg’s real estate expertise also includes cooperative and condominium law.
Berg is admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First and Second Circuits.
