Teens Charged with Felony Criminal Mischief and more: Mount Kisco Police Blotter

Here are some of the recent incidents to which police responded.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the incidents to which Westchester County Police responded in the past week:

Thursday, Nov. 3 – 12:01 a.m. – A 20-year- old Connecticut man came to the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street to report that he had been assaulted by another man about 30 minutes earlier in the parking area of a business on North Bedford Road. The victim, who had visible swelling to his face and lips, provided officers with the name of the person he said assaulted him. The case was turned over to detectives for additional investigation.

Wednesday, Nov. 2 – 8:07 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a residence on North Moger Avenue after a 30-year-old man collapsed while helping his young son to brush his teeth. The man was conscious upon an officer’s arrival and said he had fainted but was unsure why. The Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps also responded and transported the man to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

12:22 a.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to the rear yard of a residence in the 100 block of East Main Street on a complaint about a suspicious person. The man claimed to know someone who lived in one of the apartments there but that could not be verified. He was advised to leave the property.

Tuesday, Nov. 1 – 12:32 p.m. – A village resident reported to Westchester County Police that someone had opened a credit card account in her name and made charges of $450. The fraud was detected by Citibank, which advised the woman to make a police report to document the incident. The case was turned over to detectives for additional investigation.

9:37 a.m. – Employees of a business on South Moger Avenue reported that the front window of the store was covered in shaving cream when they arrived for work.

Monday, Oct. 31 – 2 p.m. – A resident reported that he left a Coach bag containing an iPad on his lawn and drove off without remembering to retrieve it. The man was gone when he returned a short while later. The iPad and other items in the bag were valued at $1,100.

4:49 a.m. – An officer on patrol observed that an exterior door to a business on North Bedford Road was ajar. Interior doors were found to be locked and the premises were otherwise found to be secure.

Sunday, Oct. 30 – 10 p.m. – Three teenagers were charged with Burglary 3 rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 3 rd Degree, felonies, after they entered an office building on East Main Street and discharged several fire extinguishers. The damage occurred to common areas of the building and no individual offices were entered.

5:25 p.m. – Mario Lopez-Gregorio, 51, of Maple Avenue was charged with Public Lewdness, a misdemeanor, after he allegedly exposed himself and urinated on a sidewalk in the 400 block of east Main Street. The incident occurred in sight of the owner and customers of a nearby business.

4:55 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a building on Radio Circle on an activated burglar alarm. It was determined that a cleaning crew that had arrived at the building activated the alarm in error.
