Greeley's Hill leads Quakers to victory in girls hoops: Chappaqua-Mount Kisco Daily Sports Digest, Jan. 6

Quaker girls win in hoops

It pays to have a player that can score when you need her the most.

Fortunately for the girls basketball squad, it has that type of player in Lindsay Hill.

Hill scored a game-high 16 points, including 10 in the decisive third quarter, in leading the Quakers (6-3) to a 56-46 triumph at Harrison Jan. 4.

Hill also registered a game-high 10 rebounds.

Greeley boys also win

Horace Greeley's boys hoop squad also came through in the clutch, with a 54-49 triumph at Harrison Jan. 4.

Leading the Quakers (4-3) to the win in this one was Greeley's dynamic duo, Teddy Graves and Harrison Brown, who combined for 20 second-half points.

Cass was also on the beat for this one.
