Host No. 1 Fox Lane has had an incredible year and it continued on Tuesday when it defeated No. 4 Scarsdale 17-6 in the Section 1 Class B semifinals according to highschoolsports.net.
Sammy Jo Tracy led the Foxes with five goals and three assists.

Teammates Lexi Cannon (5G, 1A) and Kate Burbank (3G, 2A) were also key cogs in the Foxes' attack.
Kendall Marianacci saved nine shots in goal for Fox Lane.
The Foxes will now play No. 3 Brewster, an 8-7 winner against No. 7 Yorktown in its semifinal contest, in the championship game at Fox Lane High School on Thursday at 7 p.m.
The title game in Class B, as were the ones in Class A and C, were originally supposed to be played at Suffern Middle School today but were changed because four of the six semifinals scheduled for Monday were postponed by rain and moved to Tuesday according to laxlessons.com.
Schedule Changes
The weather also caused changes to the start of the upcoming Section 1 baseball tournaments according to MSG Varsity.
Greeley
No. 17 Horace Greeley, scheduled to play No. 16 Clarkstown South in a Section 1 Class AA out-bracket game yesterday at 4:30 p.m., will now play that contest today.
Fox Lane
No. 4 Fox Lane, last year's sectional finalist, was scheduled to host the winner of the No. 20 Gorton at No. 13 Clarkstown North out-bracket matchup today at 4:30 p.m. in a Class AA first-round game.
Instead, that game will be played on Thursday.
