Wendy Tisch Memorial Concert

The Schubert Club of Fairfield County Connecticut invites you to attend the second annual Wendy Tisch Memorial Concert featuring celebrated Canadian pianist and Bach interpreter, Angela Hewitt, in recital on Saturday evening, November 22, 2014, 7:30 PM, at the Greenwich Library/Cole Auditorium, 101 W. Putnam Ave., Greenwich, CT. Included on the program will be selections by Bach, Scarlatti, Beethoven, Liszt and Albeniz.

These concerts are given in tribute to the memory of former club member, Wendy Tisch. Wendy was an active member of the club for many years, some of those as chairman of the Teacher’s Round Table, a forum of the discussion of new ideas and methods for piano teachers. She was also active in promoting musical activities in the the towns of Pound Ridge and Mount Kisco, NY.
