What's Open, What's Closed in Mount Kisco and Chappaqua on Veterans Day
Here's what's open and what's closed around New Castle and Bedford on Veterans Day, Tuesday, Nov. 11.

Veterans Day (there’s no apostrophe in it) is observed this year on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014.
Surprised that it isn’t on a Monday? We only get a 3-day weekend if Nov. 11 falls on Saturday, Sunday—or of course, Monday (or Friday), reports the International Business Times in an article on the history of Veterans Day.
