Find out what's happening in Chappaqua-Mount Kiscofor free with the latest updates from Patch.

France boasts an extraordinary diversity of wines of nearly every conceivable style. This sit-down tasting and presentation will offer the opportunity to learn about many benchmark appellations as explained by one of the very few American “Masters of Wine”.  The discussion will focus on the characteristics of ten distinct and carefully selected French wines, enhanced by an animated slide show outlining the growing conditions and production techniques.  The subject matter will go beyond wine itself and take in historical signposts in the form of seminal personalities and artifacts.  Whether your knowledge is considerable or limited, you will take away an enhanced understanding of French wines--and discover new, value-priced wines for holiday celebrations (available from a local retail partner)
