Rev. Jacobs stated “When we were planning this, one of our high school members said that our tag line should be “Make a Difference in Our Community – Volunteer”. Another one of our young members mentioned that he was surprised that helping others makes him feel good. Helping out in society, giving to others and making a difference make us all feel great, and who doesn’t want to feel great!”

New Castle Supervisor Rob Greenstein stated “We are proud to support this great event. Volunteering offers so many rewards. We have so many adult volunteers in our community who are so generous with their time. This fair will introduce our youth to the benefits of volunteering as they work to advance causes that are important to them.”

The event comes with refreshments -- with food donated by Jersey Mikes in Mt Kisco and Lange’s in Chappaqua.

The fair is supported by the Town of New Castle, Chappaqua Central School District, The Chappaqua Interfaith Council and Chappaqua Cares.

Rev.  Jacobs and Supervisor Rob Greenstein both hope that this will become an annual event.
