• Coworking Firm Nomadworks Inks 34K SF at Rosen's 122 West 27th Street (commercialobserver.com) — A new Nomadworks coworking hub is coming to 122 West 27th Street in Chelsea, bringing nearly 34,000 square feet of offices, meeting rooms, and event space across three floors. The company, which already runs several Manhattan locations, signed a 16-year lease and expects to open the Chelsea space in late January, targeting the neighborhood's growing tech and AI community.
   

• Tiffany Shlain Debuts "If These Walls Could Talk: Women of the Hotel Chelsea" (surfacemag.com) — Chelsea's iconic hotel just added a new permanent artwork celebrating the women who shaped its creative legacy, from Patti Smith to Grace Jones. Artist and former resident Tiffany Shlain unveiled her mixed-media collage, now hanging between the seventh and eighth floors, after an artist talk at Nancy Hoffman Gallery and a reception in the hotel's lobby bar.
   

• Probabilities Archive: Frank Belknap Long (1901-1994), Pulp Magazine Horror Writer (kpfa.org) — An archival interview with horror writer Frank Belknap Long resurfaces a vivid slice of life from a then-ungentrified Chelsea apartment in 1980. The piece blends memories of a cramped, eerie flat near today's Chelsea with reflections on pulp magazines, H.P. Lovecraft, and the painstaking process of restoring the old tape for modern listeners.
