Chelsea Neighbors United (CNU) will conduct a Know Your Rights and ICE Preparedness training on Sunday, May 3 at 2.00PM. The training will follow a special musical service featuring the Chelsea Community Church (CCC) Choir from 1.00 PM to 1.30PM. Those wishing to participate in the ICE Preparedness Training are invited to attend CCC’s Uplifting Choir Music & Sing-Along from 1.00 - 1.30PM and a getting to know you Coffee & Cake reception in the Church from 1.30PM to 2.00PM. Our goal is to build strong community bonds in Chelsea. Folks in other cities who have been invaded by Federal forces have come to realize that the best defense is local. And the better prepared we are the better we can support our neighbors. Come learn about what CNU is doing and how you can become involved. There are many ways to do that – letter writing, rallying, canvassing local businesses, talking to our domestic workers/caregivers, etc.
